Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager for the Branston operation. You will lead a hands-on team to hit daily targets, maintain high service levels and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This permanent, full-time role offers rotating 06:00–14:30 and 14:00–22:30 shifts, 40 hours per week, and a salary of £34,361 per annum plus benefits. Your focus will be people development, performance coaching and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong people management skills with coaching and development abilities.
• Good understanding of warehouse KPIs, safety practices and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve targets and site KPIs.
• Drive a positive safety culture and ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Manage performance, attendance and development plans while maintaining engagement.
• Deliver operational excellence through planning, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships across site functions and support the Shift Operations Manager.
