Job summary

Systemiq in London is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Contractor to deliver first-line IT support to staff, set up hardware, triage tickets, and support office technology. The role covers day-to-day tasks including hardware setup, ticket triage, and onboarding/offboarding support.

You will work with Windows 11, Office 365, and Entra ID, handling printer and hardware issues, maintaining ISO 27001-aligned policies, and providing remote support to other Systemiq offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1st line IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with printers, monitors and basic network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve first-line IT support tickets, escalating complex issues to Level 2/3 as needed.
• Set up and configure laptops, monitors and other hardware for new starters and staff.
• Support office print infrastructure, including troubleshooting printers and managing print queues.
• Manage user account requests, such as password resets and access changes.
• Maintain records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
