The role covers reception tasks, first aid, fire marshal duties, health and safety, and welcoming new residents across multiple sites in outer London. A commitment to high-quality service and inclusive values is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline housing or reception preferred.
• Ability to handle inquiries from residents and visitors.
• Criminal Disclosure required (Basic/Standard/Enhanced).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to residents and visitors.
• Manage calls, mail, repairs, and payments.
• Uphold safety, security, and wellbeing practices.
• Support Welcoming and empathetic engagement with residents and the public.
