This frontline role requires resilience, empathy, and the ability to navigate complex housing and welfare systems while maintaining careful records and collaborating with housing, legal and social care partners.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering frontline housing services.
• Solid understanding of homelessness legislation and welfare reform.
• Ability to manage housing casework with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess accommodation suitability and coordinate placements.
• Provide practical, compassionate support to households facing homelessness.
• Maintain accurate case records and liaise with partners and providers.
