Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline housing services and housing needs assessment.
• Knowledge of homelessness legislation and welfare reform.
• Experience managing temporary accommodation placements and move-on planning.
• Ability to explain complex decisions clearly and sensitively.

Responsibilities

• Assess accommodation suitability and coordinate urgent placements.
• Conduct tenancy audits and contribute to suitability reviews.
• Help households transition from emergency accommodation to settled homes.
• Maintain accurate case records and work with partner agencies.
