Premier Inn Hastings is seeking a Hotel Duty Manager to lead shifts, support reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, and ensure guests have a great stay. You’ll be on the floor, not a desk job, guiding the team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• You don’t need hotel experience.
• If you’ve led people before, we can teach you the hotel.
• Any role where you’ve been responsible for leading people in a busy customer‑facing environment would suit us.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre‑shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
