Job summary

Premier Inn Hastings is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead the Dream Team and deliver guest satisfaction at our popular Hastings hotel. You’ll oversee daily operations, frontline teams across front of house, housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure safety and brand standards are met.

You’ll develop your people, drive service excellence, and manage financial performance while maintaining Premier Inn’s famous culture. Competitive salary and extensive induction and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in hospitality or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Commitment to safety and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee daily hotel operations including bar and kitchen to maintain Premier Inn standards.
• Understand hotel performance and identify opportunities to improve guest experience and commercial results.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met across the hotel and services.
