You will act as the frontline contact, resolve customer queries, and assist with administrative tasks. You may also coordinate maintenance visits to support the Home Repairs Team in delivering high-quality repairs.

• You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve their queries and making sure we get things right from the start.
• You'll also support with some administrative tasks, and at times you may help coordinate maintenance visits so our Home Repairs Team can continue providing high-quality repairs.
