Housing Quality Network is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join the Contact Team in Portishead. You will act as the frontline contact, resolve customer queries, and assist with administrative tasks. You may also coordinate maintenance visits to support the Home Repairs Team in delivering high-quality repairs.
