Job summary

gravity9 expands its Forward Deployed Engineering team to build production agentic AI systems for enterprise clients, partnering with frontier-model providers. You will work embedded in client environments, from discovery through architecture, build, production and handover, delivering end-to-end agent engineering rather than proofs of concept.

You'll join a multidisciplinary team on engagements spanning financial services, healthcare, logistics and retail, collaborating with architects, DevOps

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and modern ML tooling.
• Experience with production-grade AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with data platforms and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client in their environment, from discovery to handover.
• Design and build production agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration.
• Perform data ingestion, normalization and retrieval for robust AI workflows.
• Ensure cost, latency and security considerations are addressed.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain documentation and monitoring.
