Job summary

SoCode Limited seeks a hands-on Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design, build and deploy agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will work with clients to move AI applications from prototype to production, solving business challenges with LLMs, autonomous agents and intelligent automation.

You will collaborate with customers, engineers and architects to deliver measurable business value, implement production-grade tests and safeguards, and document reusable patterns for AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Software engineering experience in Python/TS/Java.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications and AI agents.
• Understanding of RAG, tool-calling, agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.
• Strong debugging, testing and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and balancing rapid prototyping with production-quality engineering.
• Experience with MCP and agent orchestration frameworks is a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design, build and deploy agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will work directly with clients to take AI applications from prototype to production, solving complex business challenges through LLMs, autonomous agents and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy single and multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines and AI-powered workflows.

Work with leading AI platforms and frameworks, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft and LangGraph.

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs, databases, cloud services and business systems.

Implement evaluations, testing, monitoring and safeguards to ensure production-ready solutions.

Collaborate with customers, engineers and architects to understand requirements and deliver measurable business value.

Document reusable engineering patterns, troubleshoot issues and contribute feedback to AI platform vendors.

About You

Several years of software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, Java or similar languages.

Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications and AI agents.

Understanding of RAG, tool-calling, agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows.

Experience with APIs, databases, cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.

Strong debugging, testing and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working directly with customers and balancing rapid prototyping with production-quality engineering.

Experience with MCP, agent orchestration frameworks, LLM evaluation and production AI deployments would be advantageous
