Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You will partner with a Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and drive production-ready deployments from day one.

Applicants should have 3+ years in software delivery, a CS-related degree, and hands-on experience with LLMs, Python, and full-stack development. Expect travel ~25% and a dynamic, collaborative team culture focused on real-world impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system to discuss.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex and willingness to expand.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate customer needs into ship-ready solutions.
• Own components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Develop data pipelines and dashboards on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
