Accenture is seeking a Front End Engineering Associate Manager in London to lead high-impact web initiatives. You will drive frontend strategy, set architectural direction, and shape scalable delivery across large digital programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-end engineering for web/mobile platforms.
• Strong JS/TS skills and modern React patterns.
• Experience with frontend testing strategies and tools.
• Accessibility-first delivery with WCAG and assistive tech testing.
• Web performance optimization and profiling (Core Web Vitals).
• Experience with Next.js SSR/SSG/ISR patterns and routing.
• Strong UI engineering fundamentals and responsive design.

Responsabilités

• Drive measurable growth and delivery impact across our customer technology product engineering practice.
• Shape and scale client product and platform engineering capabilities (operating model, team topology, delivery practices).
• Build trusted senior client relationships and align stakeholders on outcomes and success measures.
• Lead engineering across large digital and agile transformation programmes.
• Set web front-end direction, including architecture and governance.
• Champion testing, accessibility, performance, and production observability.
• Identify, prototype and scale Generative AI use cases in products and delivery workflows.
• Grow and retain high-performing teams through coaching and hiring.
