Qualifications

• Experience in front end engineering and modern web frameworks.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with React/Next.js.
• Experience with testing strategies and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable growth and delivery impact across client tech product engineering.
• Shape and scale client product and platform engineering capabilities and delivery practices.
• Build trusted client relationships and align stakeholders on outcomes and scope.
• Lead engineering across large digital and agile transformation programmes.
• Set web front-end direction, architecture, and governance.
• Champion testing, accessibility, performance, and observability.
• Prototype and scale Generative AI use cases in products and workflows.
• Grow high-performing teams through coaching and hiring support.
• Create reusable assets and represent the practice internally and externally.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data and Engineering from discovery to production.
