Qualifications

• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the health and availability of a world class trading eco-system.
• Responding to support requests from traders and software engineers.
• Contributing to automation and monitoring solutions, reducing manual configuration and improving uptime.
• Liaising with external trading partners to resolve technical issues.
• Onboarding new trading desks and trading systems.
