Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Office Team Member to be the first smile guests see after a long journey and the reassuring voice that helps them feel at home. You’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering a warm welcome from the moment guests arrive at the front desk in our UK hotel in York.

You’ll check guests in, answer questions, share local recommendations and help resolve queries with friendly, efficient and genuinely memorable service.
