Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Office Team Member to be the first smile guests see and the friendly voice they hear. You'll welcome guests, check them in, answer questions, and share local recommendations to help create memorable stays.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering warm, efficient service and contributing to a team where every interaction matters. This role is central to guest experience, with opportunities to celebrate special occasions and resolve issues
