Novotel Edinburgh Centre is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to guide daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest journey. You will lead the Reception team, providing support and training to help them reach their potential while maintaining a hands-on approach to front office activities.

The role emphasizes caring for guests from arrival to departure, resolving concerns promptly, and maintaining strong cross-department relationships to ensure memorable experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Service focused personality is essential.
• Previous leadership experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera cloud will be valued.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
