Job summary

Wellington Management in London seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to join a collaborative team focusing on analysis, problem solving and relationship management on a busy investment and trading floor.

The role involves direct support of Traders, Trade Co-Ordinators, Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Analysts, applying ITIL processes, and delivering scalable, high‑quality production solutions while building trusted business partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in an application support team in a front office environment.
• Support for Traders, Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Analysts.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and SOC1 requirements.
• Strong SQL for data extraction and troubleshooting in production.

Responsibilities

• Direct interaction with Traders and Portfolio staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Provide timely status reports and issue tracking within IT/Business Partners.
• Adhere to Incident/Problem Management processes and ITIL guidance.
• Build trusted partnerships and deliver scalable, high quality business solutions.
