Job summary
Miller Maxwell Ltd in London is seeking a Trading Systems Support Analyst to join our London team. You will be central to keeping high-performance trading infrastructure running, supporting real-time trading across multiple asset classes.
The role involves 1st and 2nd line support for real-time trading systems, automation with Python, and collaboration with front office users, exchanges, and third-party providers. Hybrid working in London is offered.
Qualifications
- 4 years commercial experience in technical support - trading support - software support.
- Degree in a STEM-related subject.
- Proven experience supporting in a financial services-related environment.
- Experience of electronic trading systems - Electronic trading software.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana or Zabbix.
- Experience with networking.
- Ability to work with front office users and senior stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with front office users to provide trading and software support.
- Own 1st and 2nd line support for real-time trading systems
- Improve performance and reliability.
- Use Python to automate processes.
- Use AI to improve reliability and automate processes.
- Own system improvements and platform monitoring.
- Work closely with 3rd software providers, exchanges and brokerages.
