Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join a collaborative team on a busy investment trading floor. The role focuses on analysis, problem solving and relationship management with Traders, Portfolio Managers, and Analysts.

You will interact with business users, deliver clear communications, and multi-task across assignments while maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance with ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an application/production support role in financial services.
• Experience supporting portfolio managers/analysts on a busy trade floor.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Direct interaction and support of Traders, Trade Coordinators, Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Analysts.
• Troubleshoot, fix, and escalate issues impacting desks in a timely manner.
• Work in an application support team within a front-office environment.
• Champion business stakeholder needs and build trusted relationships.
• Adhere to SOC1, incident/problem management, ITIL processes, and proper documentation.
