Wellington Management in London seeks a Trade Operations Analyst to resolve trade discrepancies and support daily operations across global teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SQL/PowerBI/Tableau and familiarity with financial apps. You will work with brokers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely trade processing and risk control.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel macros, or Co-pilot is a value add.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Omgeo Connect/CTM, Omgeo TradeSuite and SWIFT is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Research and resolve equity, fixed income, and FX trade discrepancies with brokers and Wellington personnel.
• Instruct trades and amendments to service providers when necessary.
• Mitigate risk through procedural discipline and prudent judgement.
• Oversee daily activities of external service providers.
• Contribute to strategic projects and IT needs for new markets or trade types.
