Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production support activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for issue resolution.
• Take ownership of assigned applications and platforms.
• Support and enhance electronic trading systems.
• Manage connectivity to external trading venues.
• Contribute to system design improvements.
• Coordinate release and change management activities.
• Participate in a shift-based rota and on-call support.
• Collaborate with global teams across different regions.
• Continuously improve documentation and operational processes.
