Job summary

RIU Plaza London Victoria, part of RIU Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front office operations and support the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest service.

You will manage check-in/check-out quality, coordinate with other departments, supervise front desk staff, and ensure accurate guest payments and records while upholding the hotel standards. Join a welcoming team in central London.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that guests receive a high level of personalized service.
• Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the daily operations of the front desk, including staffing and task allocation.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the accurate processing of guest payments, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
• Assist with administrative duties, such as preparing reports, managing guest records, and updating relevant documentation.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor to support the overall functioning of the front office and the hotel.
