Holiday Inn Gloucester - Cheltenham is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to drive standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will lead the front office team, set targets, and ensure high guest satisfaction across a busy hotel operation.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with contracted hours discussed at interview. Apprenticeships and brand training are available as part of our career development plan.

Holiday Inn Gloucester - Cheltenham

£13.21 per hour. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor with a proven track record of driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The successful candidate will lead with purpose and vison using their commercial expertise to drive standards in the hotel. You need to be innovative and reactive to your response to a range of situations.

Monitoring guest satisfaction and setting departmental targets and objectives will be high on the agenda.

The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for the front office team. Building a high performing team across the division is what success looks like.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
