Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Knightsbridge, London, is seeking a non-management, full-time Rooms & Guest Services professional to ensure smooth check-in, payments processing, and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, balance receipts, and support management in staff coaching and operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with expediting problem payments and processing guest payments.
• Confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue/activate room keys at check-in.
• Handle all payment types: room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• Set up accurate guest accounts at check-in (share withs, separate room/tax/incidentals).
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness for check-in.
• Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
