Job summary

Montcalm Collection in London, United Kingdom, is seeking a Guest Service Executive to deliver personalized, attentive service to guests throughout their stay and support the Front Office team in upholding luxury standards. Qualifications

• Front office or guest relations experience in a luxury hotel.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS and hotel systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Process guest payments, deposits and billing accurately.
• Provide information about hotel, services and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain guest records in PMS systems.
• Support VIP and special guest requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve operational or service issues.
