The role is full-time and on-site at 101 Knightsbridge, with service charge potential and a focus on safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance.

Formación

• Higher Education, Diploma or equivalent.
• No related work experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting.
• Attend to guests' service needs by understanding their preferences and asking clarifying questions.
• Clean guest rooms, public spaces, and restrooms following brand standards and safety guidelines.
• Stock carts, prepare supplies, and report room status or damages to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
