Job summary

Marshall BMW & MINI Bournemouth, part of Marshall Motor Group, is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Service Advisor to join the front-of-house team. You will act as the crucial link between customers and the workshop, handling bookings, updates, and follow-ups to maintain high satisfaction and strong relationships.

We offer £32,915 basic with £40,115 OTE, 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance and a pension, along with exclusive discounts and perks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or automotive background desired.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage own workload.
• Organised and detail-oriented with good self-management.

Responsibilities

• Be the main link between customers and workshop, from booking to collection.
• Welcome customers at front of house, keep them informed, and manage follow-ups.
• Provide advice on maintenance and service plans, and complete admin tasks accurately.
