Job summary

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester is seeking an authentic Front Office Receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and support the loyalty programme. This full-time role involves interacting with guests to create personal, memorable experiences while promoting IHG One Rewards and delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates will have previous receptionist or guest services experience in a 4/5★ hotel, strong customer service skills, and comfort with Opera Cloud.

What do you need to be a Front Office Receptionist?Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be checking in and out our guests, dealing with any queries or complaints, welcoming our guests to the city and interacting with them to encourage them to join our loyalty program. You will also be a key part of our guests’ overall stay, providing special experiences and recognising our loyal IHG One Rewards members.

So, we are looking for someone who has…

• Availability to work 40 hours across 5 shifts per week (shift times vary)
• Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial
• Passion for providing excellent customer service, wanting to go above and beyond for our guests!
• Confident working on Hotel systems, experience working with Opera cloud specifically is a big plus
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
• Drive to produce results – we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
