Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team in Manchester. The role runs full-time at 40 hours per week across 5 shifts, with opportunities to work across multiple kitchen sections and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You should have a background in a 4/5* hotel or restaurant, City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ, and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude. We value genuine hospitality and a collaborative spirit.

We are looking for an authentic and driven Demi Chef De Partie (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

What do you need to be a Demi Chef De Partie?Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Kitchen team to provide excellent experiences to our guests through delicious culinary experiences, beautiful presentation and timely service, while developing your skills across different sections of the kitchen.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 shifts
• Passion for providing excellent culinary experiences and experience working in various sections of the kitchen
• Experience working as a Demi Chef De Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step, within a 4/5* hotel or restaurant environment
• City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
