Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a front-office analytical generalist in London to support OTC trading platforms, product adoption, and business management.

The role offers broad exposure to an institutional derivatives business and opportunities to own functional areas over time. You will work with Trading, Quant, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Technology and Compliance, building credibility and solving complex problems in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong academic/professional record in an analytically demanding environment.
• Ability to work with data, identify patterns, explain drivers and produce clear analysis for decision-making.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex issues concisely.
• Strong judgement, ownership and follow-through, including the ability to manage ambiguity.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving front-office environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support capital management and reporting to understand trading activity and capital utilisation.
• Provide business management support across capital, liquidity, and governance activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and convert insights into actionable management information.
• Coordinate with Trading, Risk, Operations, Technology and Compliance on new product initiatives.
• Assist with platform onboarding, support queries and test rollouts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, including use of AI tools.
