Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join a dynamic team in Bristol. You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, assisting with guest service operations, and supporting the F&B Manager to ensure smooth department performance.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, flexible and positive attitude, and the ability to work across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Willing to adapt and develop in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and friendly, open attitude.
• Ability to lead by example and support team objectives.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests consistently.

The Role

• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the smooth operation of the department
• Have a strong knowledge of the Hotel’s products and standards
• Ensuring all Health and Safety/ Food compliance is adhered to
