DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North, proudly managed by Klarent Hospitality, is recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager. The role leads the F&B team, ensuring top service across outlets, while controlling budgets and stock, and delivering memorable experiences for guests and events.

Based at the Bristol North property with easy motorway access, you’ll drive excellence in hospitality, training, and guest satisfaction within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role.
• Proven leadership and ability to train and manage teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset and guest focus.
• Solid knowledge of hygiene, food safety and health regulations.

Responsabilités

The Person:

• Previous Experience as a Food and Beverage Manager, or a similar role
• Confident Communicator
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, food safety and health regulations
