The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is our fourth London Hoxton, located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, in an eclectic and diverse neighborhood. It features 237 playfully designed bedrooms, an all-day restaurant - Chet’s serving Thai American comfort food, a large open lobby with vintage seating and cozy corners, a central wraparound bar, and terrace. It’s perfectly situated for exploring West London.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

  1. Create a memorable guest experience that encourages return visits.
  2. Lead by example, coaching and developing the Front Office team to feel empowered and supported, ensuring they provide top experiences and feel comfortable seeking guidance.
  3. Support Duty Managers and collaborate with the Hoxton teams on selling strategies to maximize occupancy.
  4. Handle responsibilities from compliance and departmental budgeting to building relationships with other department heads and the broader team.
Qualifications

What we’re looking for…

  1. Proven ability to deliver exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
  2. Experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager is advantageous but not essential.
  3. Passionate about team development, with demonstrated coaching skills.
  4. Successful experience handling various guest requests.
  5. Familiarity with property management systems like Micros Fidelio Opera.
  6. An individual who values authenticity and individuality over conformity.
  7. A genuine passion for hospitality, whether for drinks, meals, events, or accommodations.
  8. Focus on creating positive, memorable interactions.
  9. Comfortable with a humble, ego-free attitude and a willingness to try new things.
  10. A team player who values support, fun, and shared success.
