Lola Cars in Silverstone is seeking a Front of House to be the first point of contact for guests, partners and staff, reflecting Lola's brand and high standards.

You will greet visitors, manage access, coordinate with operations and logistics, support onboarding, and help maintain a safe, welcoming site with GDPR-compliant processes. This hybrid role offers both full-time and part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Previous front-of-house reception or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in a high-performance or high-profile environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GDPR and security best practices desirable.
• Experience with logistics and administrative coordination.

Responsabilités

• Greet and sign in visitors, contractors and VIPs.
• Deliver a polished guest experience and reflect Lola's values.
• Manage visitor and staff passes; maintain reception area.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics and internal teams.
• Support onboarding and provide information to staff.
• Oversee security passes and visitor GDPR-compliant logs.
• Book meeting rooms and maintain public-facing facilities.
• Assist in in-house events and broader business needs as required.
• Promote health, safety and a clean, safe workplace.
