Nuffield Health is seeking a Front of House Team Member at Moorgate FWC to warmly greet members and visitors and ensure a high-standard reception experience. You will rely on strong communication, and basic Word/Excel skills, and be comfortable multitasking in a busy gym reception.

The role supports creating a welcoming, professional club environment with attention to detail and initiative, including assisting lifeguard breaks as required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Front of House Team Member

Moorgate FWC | Customer | Permanent | Part time £27,768 pro-rata 16 hours per week

What matters is that you have both the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people. It starts with you. As a Front of House Team Member / Receptionist at our gym, you’ll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
