Job summary

Nuffield Health Moorgate is seeking a Front of House Team Member to greet and assist members and visitors, delivering welcoming, professional service at the reception. The role requires strong communication, flexibility, and initiative, plus basic computer skills (Word and Excel).

It is a permanent part-time position, 16 hours per week, with a pro-rata salary of £27,768. You will help run the reception, answer queries with care, and contribute to a friendly gym environment, including coverage

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and friendly communication.
• Ability to greet members and visitors professionally.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks (Word/Excel).
• Willingness to assist with lifeguard breaks when needed.

As a Front of House Team Member / Receptionist at our gym, you'll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You're flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

As a Member of the Front of House Team , you will:
