Job summary

Nuffield Health Norwich FWC is hiring a Front of House Team Member for a part-time, permanent role with 32 hours per week. You will greet members and visitors, deliver friendly customer care, and support reception and café areas.

You will need strong communication skills, a confident, empathetic approach, and basic Word/Excel knowledge. Lifeguard training may be required during site cover shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable using common Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
• Able to engage with a diverse membership and visitors in a friendly way.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club.
• Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas.
• Help create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries with care and helpfulness.
• Assist the café team with preparing and serving healthy food and drinks.
• Be prepared to swim to a high standard and undergo on-site lifeguard training if needed.

As a Front of House Team Member at our gym, you'll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You're flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club
• Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas
• Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued
• Support the café team, with preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drinks
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
