The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere is preparing to open its doors, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and be part of an exciting new chapter from day one. With 55 bedrooms, 196 internal covers and 148 external covers, this is a substantial, food-led operation with ambitious plans, located in the heart of Grasmere.

As a Front of House team member, you are the first smile that welcomes guests and ensures their experience is warm and memorable from start to finish.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay positive during peak periods.
• Deliver warm, memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating with a friendly, professional manner.
• Take orders, serve dishes, and recommend drinks from our selection.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort on the front line.
