Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Front of House Team Member for our gym. You will provide exceptional customer service, help run the reception and café areas, and contribute to a friendly, professional environment for all visitors.

You’ll welcome guests warmly, answer queries with care, support the café with healthy food and drinks, and be able to swim to a high standard. Basic Word and Excel skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional front of house demeanor.
• Willingness to train on site for Lifeguard breaks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to all club visitors.
• Support smooth operations of reception and café areas.
• Help create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome and answer queries kindly, making visitors feel valued.
• Support the café team with preparing and serving healthy food and drinks.
• Swim to a high standard and be willing to train on site for Lifeguard breaks.
• Communicate effectively face-to-face and over the phone; show initiative with basic Word/Excel.

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club
• Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas
• Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued
• Support the café team, with preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drinks
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks

• As a Front of House Team Member at our gym, you'll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You're flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
