Job summary

The Waterhead Inn, located in Ambleside, is seeking a Front of House team member to deliver warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure swift service in a fast-paced pub setting, while maintaining high standards across the dining room.

Ideally you have experience in hospitality, a positive attitude, and strong communication. This on-site role offers an engaging environment near the Lake District, with opportunities to contribute to a welcoming

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/front of house preferred.
• Friendly, proactive attitude essential.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment while delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist with seating and orders.
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve dishes and recommend drinks from the menu.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation on the front line.
