We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate, and encourage the wider team to deliver an exceptional guest experience at The Merchant.

We cater to a diverse range of guests, creating the perfect place to socialise with friends—whether for Bottomless Brunch, sport, or a lively night out. Each venue has its own identity, which we celebrate through our teams. We encourage our staff to engage confidently with guests, with a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If it’s live, it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. Our guests enjoy a wide range of food and drinks, including craft ales and quality wines. We show all the live sport and screen as many live events as possible, making our bar the ultimate fan zone for sports enthusiasts. We also host late-night DJs on Fridays and Saturdays and are known as Brentwood’s sports hub.
To be considered for the Front of House Team Leader role at The Merchant, you must be 18 or over, as the role involves the sale of alcohol.
