Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring a Front of House Supervisor for Hudo Lounge, a local café bar. You’ll lead busy shifts, support managers and ensure every guest leaves happy, with a friendly, welcoming service and a strong team presence.

We offer up to £13.30/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, 50% off food and drinks from day one, flexible hours, and genuine career progression within a growing hospitality group across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality roles.
• Ability to lead during shifts.
• Strong communication and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house during shifts and ensure smooth service.
• Assist managers with daily operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, food safety and cash handling processes.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints confidently and turn visits into great experiences.
• Drive sales by supporting bar and pass management.
