Qualifications

• Experience in front of house roles such as supervisor, team leader, or senior server.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house during shifts to ensure fast, high-quality service.
• Support management with opening/closing and maintain standards across the floor.
• Coach and motivate team members to ensure confident service.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens, and cash handling.
• Handle customer queries or complaints professionally to turn visits into positive experiences.
• Assist with bar and pass operations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
