Slim Chickens – Birmingham Grand Central is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor staff, and uphold cleanliness and presentation standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Natural leader who can inspire and guide a team.

• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and holidays.
