Slim Chickens Cannock is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead our friendly team and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You’ll supervise front-of-house operations, coach staff, ensure spotless presentation, handle guest relations, and contribute to sales goals while upholding our brand standards and vibrant culture.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Natural leader able to inspire and guide a team.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Manage guest relations, handle issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with staff training and development to uphold brand standards.
• Support the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals.
• Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for staff and guests.
