Job summary

Icaro Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead shifts, coach the team, and ensure top customer service. This role involves supporting managers, maintaining high standards, and helping create a welcoming environment across the lounge.

The position offers hourly pay up to £13.30 plus tips, with a flexible contract and benefits such as staff meals, discounts from day one, and development opportunities within a growing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops at Supervisor/Team Leader level.
• Ability to lead the floor and coach team during shifts.
• Strong focus on service standards, cleanliness and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, ensuring great service and smooth operations.
• Support management with day-to-day lounge operations, opening/closing tasks, and floor standards.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team, ensuring everyone knows their role.
• Maintain presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently to turn visits into great experiences.
• Contribute to driving sales by managing the bar and pass and engaging with the local community.
