Job summary

Loungers is hiring a Front of House Supervisor for Pineto Lounge, part of the Loungers family. You’ll support managers, lead shifts, and help ensure every guest leaves happy, with opportunities to step into management.

We offer up to £13.30 per hour plus tips, free meals on shift, 50% discount on food and drinks from day one, paid breaks, and staff perks across all lounges. Evening/weekend work expected and real room for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality settings (restaurants/bars/cafés) preferred.
• Experience leading a front-of-house team (Supervisor/Team Leader) is a plus.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly
• Support the management team with day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to maintaining high standards on the floor
• Coach, guide and motivate the team, ensuring everyone knows their role and feels confident during service
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergen awareness and cash handling processes
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently, turning good visits into great ones
• Contribute to driving sales, manage bar and pass, and help create a lounge loved by the local community
