Navarro Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to lead shifts, support managers and ensure every customer leaves happy. Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality environments is essential.
• Ability to lead by example on the floor and inspire the team.
• Strong guest focus and ability to handle issues calmly.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts and ensure great service.
• Support the management team with opening/closing tasks and floor standards.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team so everyone knows their role.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently to turn visits into positives.
• Drive sales by managing the bar and pass and creating a welcoming Lounge atmosphere.
